A little bit about why my jewelry is the way it is.....
I was raised in a very hippie, earthy, environment. And when I hit about 13 , like all other teenagers, I rebelled. But when your mom thinks blue lipstick is “cool” you have to find other ways to buck the status quo. I became obsessed with Fred and Ginger, Claudette Colbert, fake eyelashes, red lips, high heels, rhinestones, fake fur….And I think my jewelry reflects both of these backgrounds. I’m drawn to natural stones and sterling silver in elegant, glam arrangements.
